A Summer Scape

I am so happy that I get to play along with
Tablescape Thursday today!
A special thank you to our hostess Susan at
Today's table is all about simple and summer!
Starting with my silver chargers...
I layered my white "rose" china plate...
Topped the china plate with one of my glass bubble salad plates...
Topped with a "rose" china salad plate...
Finally ended with a cut glass coaster
just the perfect size for a sweet cupcake!
The final product!
Coffee to accompany the dessert!
My wedding flatware!
Set upon our white chipped painted kitchen table!
My centerpiece is simple as well...
my bubble plate cake stand topped with
a glass dome...
bejeweled with  vibrant pink hydrangea petals!
Just add cupcakes!
A sprinkling of petals for small pops of color!
 Sparkling crystal stemware...
A view from the side and ...
...one from above!
Thank you for joining me today!

You can never go wrong with classic white and crystal. The pink add such a nice, feminine touch. Thanks for sharing and happy TT to you!

All the white shades make a very festive table. I love those vibrant pink hydrangea petals which relly bejewel the whole table which look in a pleasant way clear and fresh.

I think your white table is so fresh and inviting. I LOVE the idea of glass coasters for cupcakes...very unexpected, but fun and whimsical. Also, the pink hydrangea petals are the finishing touch, just the right amount and pop of color needed. Thanks for sharing your table with us.

Dee Dee,
Your table is very pretty. I also LOVE your white table. We have a black kitchen table and I have thought many times how "someday" I want to paint it white. Thanks for all your sweet comments. Yes...Mark is alot like my dad....scary, but good.

Such a lovely, elegant table! Your mostly white table has given me some great ideas for Kathleen's upcoming white tablescape party! The bubble glassware is SO pretty layered with the rose patterned china!

Gorgeous table! I recently found some stem rose patterned china while thrifting and cannot wait to put it into a tablescape. My favorite element of your table is the bubble or candlewick salad plates!

Blessings!

Dee Dee...Pretty nice that you have such
a following. Amazing what a little 'white' and a little 'glass' can do. You have inspired
me to join in on Tablescape Thursday. I can't wait. Until then...Happy trails to you.....

Very fresh, clean, crisp, so pretty! Nicely done. I love the glass plates with the "bubble" edge. Are they Candlewick?
