Tablescape Eye Candy

A few weekends ago our church
hosted their annual Ladies Spring Event.
Over the past few years we have done everything
from very formal teas
a hearty brunch
and this year

We always have a wonderful speaker!
Each year we ask different ladies to host a table.
In the past we've asked for full table setting
(china, flatware, stemware, centerpiece... etc.)
For the past two years in attempts to make it
easier for the hostess
we only ask that they pick a tablecloth,
provide a centerpiece and a water pitcher.
Our wonderful hostesses never fail us!
The following are photos from one of the two rooms
we had this year (34 hostesses in all)!

Please note...
I did not do a table this year.
I only took the photos!
I love the bunny reminding me to breath!
The morning sun looked so pretty
shining through the windows.

This sweet table had a bird theme!
I was so pleasantly surprised as I came to the other side
and saw these adorable blue headed birds!

This lady had just returned from a missions trip in Belize!

I liked the stacking hat boxes!

A wonderful Easter Table!

This sweet table was full of colorful spark!

Are you ready for some beautiful flowers?
This was my favorite table to photograph!
And I didn't even get a photo of the whole table!
I love the creative way she stacked teacups
and saucers, using them as bud vases!
What a marvelous collection of tea cups!
Thank you for joining me today!

I am linking to Tablescape Thursday

Creativity knows no limits! How fun to look around and see all the tables. Did you get any ideas? I like the tea cups as bud vases.
Great way to fellowship.

So spring-y. Makes me awake from our long & cold winter.

Lots of pretty treasures and yes, I agree. I love the cups vases too.

Hi! I'm gradually picking one or two blogs to read a day. I just wanted to thank you for all the continued prayers. We just got my mom to rehab...it is very nice for what it is...but, she is not happy. Hopefully, it will help her fight to get out quickly. It is sad to see her looking so helpless when she is usually such a tough cookie. I think I'll have hours to blog there...my dad will spend lots of time not leaving her, and I won't leave him. He's lost 15 pounds through this and I can't have him get sick too. So, lucky for me they have internet...if I can stay awake. I loved the pictures, the bird table is my fav!

A very pretty event! I did one similar to yours several years ago. We had to completely set the table, then the caterer placed a clear plastic plate over the china. They also provided glasses and silverware. That worked nicely. Easter is a great time for a church luncheon!
