I had a dream....
a simple one, really....
... one that did away with HOA's
and neighborhood regulations...
and permitted clothes lines!
I'm reading your mind,

Oh yes,
and today my dream has come true!
I'm line drying my sheets!

One of my favorite things . . . line dried sheets. Aren't they the best!
I promised myself, one year of drying sheets out doors and made my goal through the winter snows and drippy weather. We have a large attached porch which is on one corner of the housea, opened on two sides. The breezes flow through and fresh sheet fragrance is devine!
You'll have "devine dzine sheets!"
On Mondays it is my favorite thing to look foward to - the smell of fresh air as I climb into bed (compliments of Mr. Corners, I might add, who hangs those sheet on our neighbor's clothesline)
I love line drying my sheets too but I haven't done it in a long time. Don't have a clothes line at this house! Love the smell!
We haven't had a clothesline in many years, but I still remember the smell of sheets fresh off the line. I miss that, although they were a little scratchy! You even turned laundry into art!
I can smell the freshness now!!! I miss my clotesline!!
This brings back memories from when I was a kid. One time when I was hanging clothes, a big bull moose was staring at me. I froze in place, then I ran inside and *locked* the door. I was probably 11 at the time and my family still teases me about locking wildlife out. ;)
Enjoy...there's nothing quite like fresh aired linens straight off a clothesline.
