An Irish Tea

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

My wonderful Mom has put together
an Irish Tea for you today!

As with all good teas,
you must have
Tea and cookies...
A puppy with a shamrock...
A comfy chair,
a soft warm blanket
 and a roaring fire..
And to prevent pinching.. some Green!

A close up of Mom's handmade Donegal bowl..
Aren't the detailed shamrocks fabulous?
The box it came in is almost as beautiful
as the bowl!
A close up of her bud vase!
The marking on the vase.
Thank you for joining Mom and me
for our Irish Tea.

Please join me tomorrow for Art Work Friday!

I am linking to Tablescape Thursday
at Between Naps on the Porch!

DeeDee it is just so lovely. The shamrocks and the doggie is too cute. I did not do anything special for St. Patty's day but my mom did come over for coffee and cookies. Doug skyped while she was here and she had the best time talking to him. He told me to tell you hello.

I love that you and your mom created this tablescape together. How fun to "play mate".
I really like the crispness of the green and white. Reminds me of mints!
Oh, here I go again. Thinking of sweets, which I haven't had any since January. ~sigh~
Anyway, nice job!

Hi Dee Dee, I love the setting. The plant is so cute although it would not do well in our house. Dexter does his share of chomping on the plants in the house. Jude

Oh, I just love Belleek! I like to watch QVC at this time of the year to watch them show that stuff. I could just watch it for hours. I don't own any Belleek though. Thanks for showing us yours!
Win Rachael Ray bake ware at my blog.
Thanks!
