This is a piece a did several years ago while visiting a dear friend in Indianapolis.
We were able to spend a day painting in her studio.
I used acrylics, because the piece had to be transported by car 2 hours home and oils would have been messy!
I've done several pieces that figures begin to pop their way out of the paint.
This piece conjures up images of my husband and I walking together in the rain.
Below is a similar piece that I painted in college.
I've titled this one "Three Blind Men".
Once again the figures just emerged off the canvas!

I think that is when you know you have talent, when things just "emerge" off the canvas. That, or you are being haunted by aliens.

It reminds me of being the fog.
It's fun to read how the art work affects everyone differently.
