Refreshed

Pops of yellow...

are taking over my house!

Meanwhile... I'm skipping ahead to summer

and dreaming of the beach!

And counting down the months, days and minutes...

To dig my toes in the sand....
as the water rushes over my feet...

Till then...

I'll be refreshed by spring!

I am linking to
and Table Scape Tuesday

Thank you Marty and Barb!

Love that forsythia, isn't it just so cheerful?! I have a feeling beach days will be here before we know it: )

I noticed yesterday that my forsythia is blooming...I love it! I'm using yellow on my front porch this year, which means yellow and coral potted flowers when we put them out. I usually use pinks, purples...but this year I felt like using a bit of yellow.

I'm ready for the beach too although we aren't going until July. We are going south next month, but no beaches!

Forsythia - be still my heart! LOVE it. Such a pretty mantel. I love 15 mins from the beach and you would think I would get there a lot. sigh Not really. But I do so love the beach, too. It soothes my soul. Blessings, Barb

And just to let you know that I would be honored if you used one of my photos for a painting! Which one do you think you would paint? This is so exciting!

Have a wonderful evening my friend!!!

This is so pretty! You should link this up over at the Lettered Cottage, too. She's having a mantel party and this mantel would be so perfect.

I'm dreaming of the beach right along with you. Normally flowers draw me right in...but this time it's your pretty fireplace. I love all the detail in it...and I like the flowers, too.

I never changed my mantle from the beacy theme I did last year. Loved it so much (I know - I will have to blog about it!) that it was difficult to change it!! I put a few Christmas type stuff on it in December - bt that was it. Was thinking of just doinga spring one - with bummies and tulips...nests etc - for Easter - and then go even further with the beach and shore birds, coral and sea fan type theme that I did last summer!!
